We are a group of Taiwanese and Chinese national-certified tea tasters with established experiences and customer base in Taiwan and China. At YUMM CHA project in Europe, we source highest quality tea leaves from eco-friendly tea gardens (without pesticides or fertilisers) mainly in Taiwan, Chaozhou and Fujian, then expertly roasted by award-winning tea masters in direct collaboration with us.

Light Oolongs
10-25% oxidised with No or Light Roasting to highlight the inherent tastes of the specific cultivar and the cleaness of its growing climates. Notes: floral, buttery aroma is reminiscent of pastry, often with refreshing aftertaste and light-bodied. Highly recommended for Lighter Tea lovers.
Roasted Oolongs
25-40% oxidised with Medium to Heavy Roasting, lower in caffeine. Focused on precise roasting control for intensified and intricate aromas and flavors. Top notes with roasted/baked grains or smoky, biscuits, dark chocolate tones, ripe plum scents. Often middle with floral, pear, apple, and then finish with a comforting woody, nutty aftertaste. Typically medium-bodied.
Aromatic Oolongs
40-80% oxidised or a high fermentation triggered by bites of the little tea leafhoppers. No artificial additives, entirely natural tastes.
This unique collection showcases heavenly aromatic profiles: A symphony of floral notes akin to roses, exotic hints of tropical fruits such as mango, or ripe fruits notes such as longan, muscatel grapes.
