      Introduction to the finest oolong teas: Oxidation below 20% makes green tea, while above 80% result in black tea. Between 20% and 80% oxidation are Oolong Teas!

      This category of tea offers a next-level experience that celebrate different roasting and oxidation levels to appreciate their unique qualities and the craftmanship of more complicated tea-making process. We will present four signature teas from YUMM CHA, each representing different oxidation and roasting levels, and we will further explore their production regions. Are you ready to uplift your tea experiences with professional guidance?

      Session 3

      Gu Qin is considered China's foremost solo musical instrument tradition and is inseparable from Chinese intellectual history that has been played for over 3,000 years.

      Our project supervisor at YUMM CHA, Li Zeng, follows one of the most renowned Gu Qin master Peng Wang in China. Peng Wang is known for his performances and for handcrafting Gu Qin instruments for the Beijing Olympics. Li Zeng has also obtained a senior teacher certification from the Sichuan Conservatory of Music. It is a rare opportunity to hear, see and perhaps touch this traditional Chinese instrument in real life.
