Our luxurious High-Mountain Milky Oolong Tea is a signature creation by renowned Tea Master Lu Li-Chen, using a high-quality Jin Xuan cultivar specially sourced from tea garden around 1800-200 0 meters altitude using an eco-farmed practice (自然農法).
This exceptional tea has far more to offer especially the clean tastes as well as an enhanced milky and buttery sensation thanks to the special roasting method. Their roasting steps were created by Lu Li-Chen, amplifying extra milky sensation with a balance of floral aroma and delightful aftertaste.

Flavour Profile
Aroma: Like drinking milk with a comforting smell of corn, barley and natural cane-sugar scent thanks to the mastery roasting process and a very clean taste from the clean soil and environment using eco-farmed practices.
Mouthfeel: mellow texture. The cooling effect from high-mountain climate. Subtle floral scents in the month and finish up with a medium-bodied and rounded sensation.
A natural premium Jin Xuan (milky) oolong is always very subtle for the buttery and milky sensation that rewards careful tasting. Its taste is often a bit lighter than Chin-Shin or Sijichun cultivars. It is not the same “milky oolongs” that refer to those with added aroma or are enhanced through flavour processing.

60sec / 50sec / 60sec / +20sec each steep from the 4th steep
Teapot: Tea / water ratio 1:50, 100°C, brew for 6 mins
