Jin-Xuan Oolong, also known as milky oolong, is one of the most popular tea cultivar in Taiwan. This batch of spring competition milky oolong has a gentle milky scent and sugar cane sweetness. Its light liquor body with slight roasting note makes it a good companion with sweets and deserts. -
Alishan High Mountain Chin-Shin Oolong - Competition Excellence Prize Winner Spring 2024
Chin-Shin Oolong is the best cultivar when it comes to high mountain teas. This batch of Chin-Shin Oolong is from the Meishan (梅山) township in the great Alishan area. It comes with the iconic "mountain air (山頭氣)"，an expression of the special scent only exists in those tea that grow in high altitude tea garden with misty climates. It also gives a pleasant aftertaste with proper astringent level. A must try for high mountain oolong lovers. -
Dong-Ding Oolong - Competition Excellence Prize Winner Spring 2024:
Conclude your tasting with the infamous Dong-Ding (凍頂) Oolong from the Lugu (鹿谷) township. Due to the higher oxidation and roasting level, the pre-infused tea leaves has a rich aroma of ripe plum, pineapple and elegant roasting grain note.
- The tea liquor is pure and smooth. The astringent level of the tea liquor is lower than other commercial grade Dong Ding Oolong tea, giving more space to the subtle yet elegant floral note on top of its woody base.
