The event features a curated tasting of some of the most prestigious teas, each offering its own story and flavour profile; we will taste at least 3-4 different teas from the list below and/or other teas from our current collection. Sun-Link-Sea High Mountain Oolong, rare batch spring 2024
This high mountain oolong is from our partnered eco-friendly tea garden situated in the Sun-Link-Sea Forest.
Lishan High Moutain Milky Oolong (TTES No.12), roasted by infamous tea master from SanXia, New Taipei
By gently roasting it with low tempertaure, the tea master perserved the tea’s natural florish scent while bring out the iconic buttery note of the milky oolong cultivar.
Sky Lake Chin-Shin Oolong from the 2650 meters highest tea garden in Taiwan
This batch is handpicked in the winter of 2024, considered one of the best tea production region of premium high-mountain oolong from Taiwan.
A special slow-roasted Dong Ding style oolong, in collaboration with the renowned tea house in Taipei
This tea embodies a rich, smoky flavour with layers of depth enhanced by the prolonged roasting process.
Golden Osmanthus Tie Guan Yin / Golden Iron Goddess made by our Award-winning tea master in Maokong, Taipei
This rare batch is magically blend of two cultivars: golden osmanthus cultivar and the tie guan yin cultivar, which gained excellent award in 2024 for its distinctive aroma profile of floral hint on top of the roasting tea base.
Ruby White Tea (TTES No.18) made by our Award-winning tea master in PingLin, Wenshan, Taipei
Ruby (TTES No.18) is a unique cultivar only available in Taiwan used to produce high quality black tea. We found it very fascinating to be processed as white tea.
Lee’s Gui Fei Oolong, handcrafted by the Grand Award-Winning Tea Master in 2024 Lugu, Nantou
Gui Fei Oolong is made from specially bug-bitten leaves, resulting in a subtle honeyed scent. It's one of the finest Gui Fei Oolong teas we've ever tasted due to the masterful skills but also the climate in 2024 summer.
