      Session 1 

      Calligraphy Xing Shu 行书 (Running Scrip) performance by Liza Lin.

      Session 2 

      Introduction to the finest oolong teas: this tea category offers a next-level experience that celebrate more refined flavours from more complicated tea-making process. We will present the signature as well as freshly-picked oolongs from YUMM CHA, each representing different oxidation and roasting levels, and we will further explore the background and cultural significance of the production regions.

      Session 3

      Gu Qin is considered China's foremost solo musical instrument tradition and is inseparable from Chinese intellectual history that has been played for over 3,000 years.

      Our project supervisor, Li Zeng, follows one of the most renowned Gu Qin master Peng Wang in China. Peng Wang is known for his opening performance and his fully handcrafted Gu Qin presented in the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
